Renfrow Cares is funded through voluntary employee payroll deductions, donations, and a company match of funds from Renfrow Industrial.

Renfrow Cares began as a way for employees to provide assistance to their fellow co-workers, and as such, this is a gift, and does not need to be paid back. Additionally, all transactions are kept as confidential as possible.

If you are not a current donor to the program, we ask that you consider becoming one, as it is our intent to be able to continue to grow and provide assistance for years to come. Donations of a dollar a week through payroll deduction are possible.

Please take time to tell your co-workers about the program, as we are here because we care about the well-being of our employees, and want to provide assistance whenever possible.
