ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Qualifications:



• Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and participate in project walkdowns which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, walking on elevated platforms, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing in small and/or confined spaces, and lifting to 50 lbs.

• Work on energized circuits and equipment as outlined in Safety Policy.

• Understanding and current knowledge of NEC rules and codes.

• Experience in scoping jobs and ordering materials.

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to work independently without supervision and meet tight deadlines.

• Able to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

• Must pass a drug screen.

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN JOURNEYMAN/FOREMAN

• PAY RATE $28-33 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
• PER DIEM PAY (QUALIFIED JOBS ONLY)

MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR

• MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE OR A MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MECHANICAL ESTIMATING.
• PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL.
• PROFICIENT IN SCOPE UNDERSTANDING/WRITING, BID REVIEW, AND SUBMISSION.
• PROCESS PIPING AND EQUIPMENT SETTING ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. HVAC ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
• EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• ABILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
• ADAPTABILITY TO COMPANY'S ESTIMATING SYSTEM AND PROCEDURES.
• TIME MANAGEMENT AND MULTITASKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
• ORGANIZATION SKILLS.

FABRICATION ESTIMATOR

• 5+ years of work experience in A FABRICATION SHOP ENVIRONMENT.
• 5+ years with Project Management and/or Estimating experience IN FABRICATION
• Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask multiple bid projects
• Capable of managing bids from other vendors and contractors
• Capable of reading FABRICATION drawings
• Proficient in general computer skills
• Capable to adjust to changing deadlines
