• This is a full-time position.

• Hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 – 12:00 p.m.

  • Assist AP and billing departments during busy times and during vacations.
  • Record and apply customers’ payments into accounting software.
  • Monitor bank accounts daily and record all transactions to balance bank and books.
  • Import and record weekly payroll into QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile the bank accounts at the end of each month.
  • Put together Hours Managed Report monthly.
  • Build workers comp. report monthly and quarterly on Excel spreadsheet.
  • Set up budget for the year into accounting systems at the end of the year.
  • Offer any assistance needed by the Chief Accounting Officer (taxes, spreadsheets, reports, communications, etc.
  • Greet all visitors (vendors, customers, salesmen) with a smile, a friendly greeting, and a helpful attitude.
  • Receive, open, and stamp daily mail.
  • Type letters and other miscellaneous correspondence for the company.
  • File all paperwork into appropriate job files, vendor files, and company files.
  • Ensure incoming phone calls are handled properly.
  • Create and send prayer grams as requested and report monthly to HR.
  • Maintain office equipment to ensure equipment is working properly.
  • Keep office and kitchen supplies stocked weekly and order when needed.
